Vanessa is a young Australian classical artist who graduated with Bachelor of Music Studies in Classical Voice at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music. Studying under Narelle Yeo, she has developed both a classical and musical theatre style establishing her versatility as an artist. 

Her previous theatre credits include Peter Pan (HMDS), Footloose (HMDS), Grease (MUSE), The Little Mermaid (Birdie Productions), Before Tomorrow: a Cabaret (MUSE) and H.M.S. Pinafore (HMDS). She has performed as a soloist in concerts showcasing the works of composers such as Kurt Weill and Michel Legrand and featured in the ensemble for Patti LuPone’s Don’t Monkey with Broadway concert at the Sydney Opera House in 2018.

Vanessa has performed in numerous choral works including Mass (2015) by Leonard Bernstein as part of the Sydney Conservatorium Centenary celebrations, Mozart’s Requiem (2018) and Bruckner's "Te Deum/Opera Gala (2019) with Voces Caelestium for their Charity Galas.

She was also a senior mentor in the recent start-up opera company Opera Carnevale in their productions of I Pagliacci - Chorus (2017), Mahagonny Songspiel/Kurt Weill Cabaret - Chorus/Nessie (2018) and Seven Little Australians - Ethel Turner/Judy (2019) as part of the Spiegeltent Festival in Wollongong and Bathurst tour.

She recently debuted with Musgrove Opera as "Nutty Liz" in the touring company for "Hansel and Gretel" (2021).
