The Prize commences on 2 March 2026 at 9.00a.m Eastern Daylight Saving Time and closes on Monday 11 May 2026 at 5.00p.m Eastern Standard Time (“Prize Period”). 

Before completing the application form, please ensure you have read the Prize Conditions of Entry. By entering the Prize, you agree to abide and be bound by the Conditions of Entry.

How to enter the Prize:

  1. Complete this Application Form including all Applicant details.
  2. Applicants must submit a 2 to 3 minute original Choral Score (Score) for unaccompanied mixed choir based on a theme of nature, to be performed by Corde that must include single soprano, alto, tenor and bass voice parts (SATB) with no further division of any vocal part permissible. The Score must be the original work of the entrant and not copied from any other work and must not have been previously performed in public, recorded for public release or performance or rewarded in a previous composition competition or prize.
  3. The Score should include a cover page with the title of the work and the name of the composer, which will be removed prior jury review to ensure anonymous consideration. The Score may include the title of the work but should have no other information to indicate the identity of the composer.
