Richard Willgoss was a member of staff in the School of Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering at UNSW for thirty years, and continued on as a Visiting Fellow for several years while undertaking a Bachelor of Music at UNSW. As an undergraduate music student, Richard joined the chamber choir, the Burgundian Consort, and has remained a member for over ten years. During his time with the Burgundian Consort, Richard has specially written some delightful and comedic works for inclusion in the choir’s annual evening recital, and has shown great fondness for his fellow singers. He continued with postgraduate music studies at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music, but remained a most loyal member of Corde at UNSW.
